Parsley is not only used to garnish plates in restaurants, this medicinal herb has many healing properties, the benefits are numerous however my favorite way to use it is by pouring boiling water over a handful of chopped leaves. This cleansing tea is high in antioxidant, rich in minerals and vitamins A and C. Some of the therapeutic benefits to drinking this tea include:

Making Parsley Tea
All you need is one cup of fresh parsley and a teapot, I like to add some mint, honey, and lemon to enhance the flavor however that is completely optional. Add boiled water and allow the tea to steep for 5 to 10 minutes then serve. Enjoy!
