There are so many hairdye products on the market nowadays promising the same thing, permanent color with 100% grey coverage. Some do an alright job and others exceed my expectations, John Frieda’s Precision Foam Colour is my new holy grail hair dye and I can’t wait to share with you all my latest at home hair dyeing experience.
Applying the thick dense foam was super easy to use, I effortlessly massaged it into my roots and hard-to-reach areas like the back of the head and hairline. The formula sticks to the hair and doesn’t drip like some liquid dyes, if you get any on your skin, it is easy to remove with soapy water. It covered every strand completely and gave me all over even coverage with no patchiness. The color looks vibrant and my hair feels healthy and silky smooth. The greys have been banished and most importantly, it all looks natural!
John Frieda’s Precision Foam Colour was awarded the winner for Best Hair Dye in beautyheaven’s 2016 Best in Beauty Awards. They have a selection of 28 shades in their collection catering to blondes, brunettes, and redheads. I used the shade (5A) Medium Ash Brown. The kit includes gloves, colourant, developer and Intense After- Colour Conditioner. Click here to find your ideal shade. Available at Priceline, Woolworths, Coles, Target, Chemist Warehouse and selected Pharmacies.
