I have been on the hunt for a mask that can unclog pores and banish blackheads. This beauty treat fits the bill, it contains Activated Binchotan Charcoal which absorbs impurities while Sulfur promotes cell turnover for brighter skin. Volcanic Ash, (umm how cool is that?) Sea Silt, Bamboo Extract and Alpha hydroxy acids accelerate skin brightening with dual-action exfoliation. Niacinamide helps reduce congestion and calm the skin while Chilean Wild Mint helps refine pores.
This gentle formula is fragrance free, with no artificial colours or parabens. It is packaged in a squeeze tube and the texture is glossy and thick. I cover an even layer across my face avoiding the eye area, it goes on creamy smooth and contains small granules that help with exfoliation. The best thing about this mask is that after a few uses you can see a significant change. My skin was left feeling smooth and clean, pores appear smaller and blackheads are banished. This charcoal mask is a cut above the rest in my opinion and I am very pleased with the results.
Application
- Wash your face with warm water then pat dry with a towel this first steps will open your pores.
- Apply the mask in an even layer and let it dry between 7 to 10 minutes.
- Wet your fingers with cold water and gently massage your face to exfoliate while removing the mask.
- Rinse thoroughly with cold water to help shrinks the pores.
